“The Koitz Group” is a unique family real estate boutique. We’re Agents operating out of Downtown Bethesda, Maryland (Gretchen Koitz). Upper NW DC (Kevin), and “Downtown DC” (Jason). We’re obnoxiously hands on educators. We passionate about providing you with a “Four Seasons” experience. Looking to buy or sell your home: we don’t believe in handing you off to a buyers agent, nor a dedicated listing agent. We find “education” takes experience. Thus you’ll work with one or all of us. We pride ourselves on this level of professionalism. We don’t apply for awards :-) “Best of Bethesda” and “top 1% nationwide”.
